CAYMAN AIRWAYS CARGO ORDERING
Orders will only be shipped from Monday to Thursday, depending on the space and weight ratio of passengers to cargo (airfreight). We do not offer service from Fridays to Sundays as these are changeover times with many more tourist passengers and baggage, such as dive gear, etc., which makes it more likely that any other cargo may get on the flight due to CA cargo regulations with frozen, chilled, and perishable food items. We will also email or call you with the flight cargo manifesto so you will know when to go collect your product, or a representative will call you from Cayman Brac or Little Cayman to let you know.
It is your responsibility to collect your product as soon as you can to avoid items defrosting or perishing. There are no duties or extra fees to be paid as this was included in your total order placed online. If there is a significant addition to the cargo fee, we will contact you if you wish to proceed with the order. We suggest that large orders go by barge once a week as it will be more cost-effective. However, if it is needed sooner, air cargo would be your best option, which no suppliers offer from Grand Cayman except us.
